Discovery + AI Workshop
“I loved the hands on experience. it was awesome to learn in real time.”
“The material is the right size and Jim is great at delivering it. I liked the interactive examples and exercises ... not just reading slides.”
A Team-Based, Hands-On Approach to Learning
Discovery + AI is a fast-moving, highly interactive workshop that teaches the foundations of product discovery and shows you how to use AI to prototype and test ideas faster without turning discovery into a science fair.
Teams work on your real product problems (not generic case studies). We build concepts bottom-up, keep the flow crisp, and use a mix of “old school” paper worksheets and modern AI prototyping so the learning sticks. Expect practical frameworks, clear pitfalls (“what not to do”), and tangible takeaways you can apply immediately, across PM, UX, research, analytics, and engineering.
The AI portion is intentionally accessible: you’ll learn how to use AI to reduce friction (ideation, drafting, prototyping), while staying focused on the real goal, utility for users. You’ll leave aligned on the principle that saves teams months of thrash.
